    • Directly from you: Account registration, profile creation, quiz responses, community posts, messages, booking requests, and support communications.
    • Automatically: Cookies, analytics tools, and server logs when you use our Services.
    • Third parties: Google (authentication), Stripe (payment confirmation), Klaviyo (email engagement data).

    • Personalizing your experience (astrological readings, content recommendations, member matching)

    4. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

    We do not sell your personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not exchange personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration.

    We do not "share" your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes as defined under the CPRA.

    We may disclose personal information to the following categories of third parties for business purposes:

    • Service providers: Payment processors (Stripe), video hosting (Mux), email services (Klaviyo), mapping services (Mapbox), video conferencing (Zoom), AI model providers
    • Other members: Profile information visible according to your privacy settings
    • Facilitators: Booking and session details for services you request
    • Legal and regulatory: When required by law or to protect our rights

    6. Your California Privacy Rights

    As a California resident, you have the following rights:

    • Right to Know: You can request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the business purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
    • Right to Delete: You can request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions (such as legal compliance or completing a transaction).
    • Right to Correct: You can request correction of inaccurate personal information. You can also update most data directly through your profile settings.
    • Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing: We do not sell or share your personal information, so no opt-out is necessary. If this changes, we will provide a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link.
    • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Information: You can request that we limit the use of sensitive personal information (such as spiritual beliefs) to what is necessary for providing the Services.
    • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. You will not receive different pricing, quality of service, or be denied access for making a privacy request.

    7. How to Exercise Your Rights

    To submit a request, you may:

    • Delete your account through Settings → Account Settings

    We will verify your identity before processing any request by matching information you provide with information in our records. We will respond within 45 days. If we need additional time (up to 90 days total), we will notify you. You may also designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf.

    8. Retention
