1. About She Who Returns

She Who Returns is an online and in-person community platform designed to connect and support women in their spiritual evolution through curated experiences, personalized astrological and Human Design insights, workshops, facilitator-led sessions, content libraries, and gatherings. Our platform provides tools for community engagement, personal growth, and spiritual exploration.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you are accessing the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Account Registration and Security

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
• You may register using email and password or through Google Sign-In. Both methods are subject to these Terms.

4. Membership and Subscriptions

She Who Returns offers various membership tiers, including Founding Member, Sister Year, and standard memberships. By subscribing:

• You agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may manage your subscription (including cancellation) through your Account Settings or our customer portal.
• Founding member pricing, trial periods, and benefits are subject to the specific terms presented at enrollment and may differ from standard memberships.
• Refund requests are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. For assistance, contact support@shewho-returns.com.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes take effect on their accounts.

5. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Services in any manner that could disable, damage, or impair the platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, other accounts, or our servers.
• Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other members.
• Post content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without our written consent.
• Share or redistribute premium or paid content without authorization.
• Use the platform for commercial solicitation or advertising unrelated to She Who Returns.

6. Community Guidelines

Our community spaces — including community posts, city group chats, direct messages, and event discussions — are governed by our Community Guidelines. We expect all members to engage with respect, empathy, and openness. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

7. User-Generated Content

By posting content (including text, images, videos, and comments) on our platform, you:

• Retain ownership of your original content.
• Grant She Who Returns a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the Services for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.
• Represent that you have the right to share the content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
• Acknowledge that content posted in community spaces may be visible to other authenticated members, subject to your privacy settings.

8. Facilitator Services and Bookings

Our platform connects members with independent facilitators who offer spiritual, wellness, and personal growth services. Please note:

• Facilitators are independent practitioners, not employees or agents of She Who Returns.
• She Who Returns does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of any facilitator's services.
• Payments for facilitator sessions are processed through Stripe. Cancellation and refund policies may vary by facilitator. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for platform-wide terms.
• By booking a session, you agree to the facilitator's specific terms and acknowledge that video sessions may be conducted via Zoom or other integrated platforms.

9. Paid Content

Certain content on our platform (including videos, meditations, and guides) may require separate purchase. Once purchased, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access that content. Purchased content may not be shared, redistributed, or resold.

10. AI-Generated Content

Our Services include AI-powered features such as personalized astrological readings, Saturn Return analyses, Human Design profiles, and the Cosmic Advisor chatbot. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is for informational and entertainment purposes only.
• AI outputs may not be fully accurate and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
• Your birth data and spiritual profile information may be processed by AI models to generate personalized content.
• She Who Returns is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services — including text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, audio, branding, software, and design — is the property of She Who Returns or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

12. Third-Party Services

Our Services integrate with third-party platforms including Stripe (payments), Mux (video), Mapbox (maps), Zoom (video calls), and Google (authentication and calendar). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

13. Disclaimer

Our content, communications, readings, and resources are for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice. Astrological readings, Human Design analyses, Saturn Return insights, and AI-generated content are spiritual tools and should not replace professional consultation. You acknowledge that participation in community activities, workshops, and sessions is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion and risk.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, She Who Returns and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
• Any content obtained from the Services, including AI-generated content.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless She Who Returns, its affiliates, and team members from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your Account Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our Services. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy and the European Union. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy. For EU consumers, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
