We want your time with She Who Returns to feel intentional and aligned. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for memberships, workshops, content purchases, and 1:1 sessions.
You can cancel your membership at any time from Settings → Billing. There are no cancellation fees and no questions asked.
When you cancel, your membership remains active until the end of your current billing period. You'll keep full access to the community, content library, and live events through that date.
We offer refunds for membership charges within 48 hours of the charge date. To request a refund, email support@shewho-returns.com within 48 hours of the most recent charge appearing on your card.
After 48 hours, the most recent charge is non-refundable. You can still cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. You will not be charged again.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
If you cancel during your free trial, you will not be charged. Your access ends when the trial period concludes.
If a payment fails, we'll notify you by email and give you a 7-day grace period to update your payment method before access is paused. If payment is not resolved, the membership will be canceled automatically.
Once your membership ends, you'll stop receiving member emails (daily digests, content drops, community updates). You'll still receive essential account and security notifications.
Your account stays in place — you can return anytime by re-subscribing from shewho-returns.com/join.
If you have questions about a charge, a refund, or a cancellation, please email support@shewho-returns.com and we'll respond within 1–2 business days.
